While I teach and guide you, this work is not one sided, it is a co-creation. You will learn so much about your body and I will give you the right tools and recommendations!


My movement and healing expertise of 20 years include:

  • facial/neck/shoulder pain and rejuvenation

  • TMJ disorder healing (decompressing the joint and improve muscle function) - this includes the rehabilitation of facial muscles with the BLAFit

  • breath training (I will assess and help you turn on the breath to get the most gain - physical and mental - out of your movement practice)

  • I will point out where you need to focus your alignment work and training sessions to avoid a possible injury and dysfunctional patterns in the body (specially in pelvic floor)

  • pelvic floor dysfunction/birth and sexual trauma
