When you are unable to express, when you internalize the stress of yours and others, you suffocate yourself through LIFE. In an act of self sabotage, you cut yourself off from the possibility to feel pleasure, to form HEALTHY relationships of letting yourself BLOSSOM and become a true blessing in the World. Unpack the life stories trapped in your body that block you from forming happy relationships. Learn to speak up, to trust, to identify your needs and your body's language. Give yourself time to feel, slow down, release tension and digest. Practice in community under the guidance of a teacher who listens to you and is actively doing the work!

When you are hyper vigilant, when your posture is collapsed, you can not access your power to make the decisions to keep you in happy and fulfilling relationships, and the joys in life become out of reach.

You just want to be happy. To be in love. To be loved. But it may not be that simple. Trauma gives us the practice of disassociation and a habit of moving through life fluctuating between hyper vigilance, and a state of collapse. Toxic habits set us up with toxic situations. You can not thrive like that and neither your relationship! At times you may feel scattered with a hard time to articulate your thoughts, often times you place your value and worth in other people's hands, placing your energy OUTSIDE of your self. This "out of body" way of being effects your WHOLE BODY (structure and function), and your nervous system (hello constant stress mode)! You may be stiff at certain areas of your body, which is limiting your ability to move freely, doing the things that supposed to give you joy. You limit your being and your breath shuts down! Something that is supposed to give you JOY and HAPPINESS becomes out of reach to you and ...


When You are unable to sip up the sweet nectar of life, you are disconnected from your Power.. disconnected from yourself, you limit your capacity to feel good things in life, like pleasure. You are the source of your pleasure. You are a powerful body of water, you are flame, capable to cleanse your body and heal your Spirit. With practice and enough healing you can feel YOUR true nature and who you are authentically past beyond your trauma identity.

Directing your breath and feelers into your pelvis will energize you and connect you to your POWER so that you can speak clearly what your intimate needs are!!

To move your body into healing mode, you will learn to be present with yourself through gentle and subtle movements, through grounding and centering exercises. You will learn to safely feel your body, the stories in your body while staying present. You giving yourself this support will heal your nervous system!

Harvard conducted the longest study (80 years) on happiness. They found that what keeps people happy, healthy and live longest is their ability to form healthy relationships.

Meeting your need is the key to form healthy relationships in Life. And because of that you will study your own needs and create an action plan how to meet them!

This course is for you if you feel:

  • your ability to open up in intimacy is limited and feel like sex is a burden/problematic or a currency to be 'liked'
  • have a hard time trusting (yourself and others)
  • have a hard time setting boundaries
  • feel suppressed in vocally expressing yourself and your needs
  • your movement ability is limited and it started to affect your mood and mental health
  • have issues like jaw clenching, tooth grinding, shallow breathing
  • your have gifts to share with the world but feel shy or uncertain how and if your gifts are welcome and needed
  • walking through life on 'eggshells', holding your breath anticipating something bad to happen and often experience anxiety
  • would rather settle, stay "comfortable" but deep down know you crave more, and deserve to be in happy (intimate/life/family) relationships

You will:

  • move your body into healing mode
  • learn to be present with yourself through gentle and subtle movements, through grounding and centering exercises
  • You will practice to tune your body, identify your needs, identify the type of touch that feels good to you, gather courage and speak up your needs. This is an important practice to help you BREAK FREE and live life on your own terms.
  • learn to safely feel your body, the stories in your body while staying present. You giving yourself this support and the weekly practice of self observation will heal your nervous system so that you can make the best relationship decisions and open up the possibility to form satisfying and truly happy relationships !
  • in module two you will learn to tone your muscles and unclench from jaw to pelvis to become a fully badass and bullet proof Goddess !

You will learn to slow down, romance yourself, breathe and move from there

There are so many benefits to slow down your movement. The world is fast enough and we are in the habit of fast paced exercising. What fast paced exercising does to a healthy nervous system is that it excites it in a healthy way. But fast paced exercising can further check you out of your body, your true needs and even make some of your pre-existing conditions (like a back injury) worse. Treasure is found when we learn to listen. You will learn to slow down, anchor your body and move safely so that moving your body will lubricate your joints and give you joy instead of pain.

Create a self loving self honoring ritual that is only yours. Heal your lineage!

I will be giving you tools to create a fun and meaningful prayer practice based on the tools that worked for my healing and will share some of my personal Tengrist ceremonial practices to serve as an inspiration to create your own ritual practice (if you choose to). You will learn that you not only inherited bad things but you also inherited the strengths of your Ancestors and call upon that. As you heal, you heal your lineage.
