Physical pain often times come with emotional pain. All of that creates a pain cycle. Activities that used to give you joy are no longer in reach. Jaw clenching and tooth grinding, may be putting you at risk to loose otherwise perfectly healthy teeth! Flushing money down the drain! From the embarrassment of bladder leak, to the emotional pain of not being able to practice your favorite pilates or yoga routine takes you on a down slope. All of this is DEVASTATING!

This will take work but I designed the program for you that will help you to:

  • open up the pathway of your breath from where it originates (face)
  • give you good breathing habits (such as switching from mouth breathing to nasal breathing)
  • a regulated nervous system (hello "keeping calm in the storm")
  • teach you the habit to become aware of not only your physical patterns (habits) that keep you in pain and limited, but you will..
  • learn to work with your powerful mind to create your relaxed reality, eliminate constipation, balance hormones, reduce/eliminate joint pain in random spots of your body
  • eliminating jaw clicking, eliminateTMJ pain.

It will do more! Connecting your biology to the ecosystem of the World and continue your healing process just like nature intended, toxic free, free of harsh chemicals and aggressive procedures, when you align this way you will start to GLOW from the inside out. When you learn to breathe, become non toxic, you will breathe with clarity.

When life happens you will remain clear headed. You will be able to move in a way again that enables you to do things you used to love. Simple things like gardening, dancing, going for a walk in nature and deeply inhale the wonderful scents of fallen leaves on the fertile forest soil.

One more cool thing that happens when you optimize your breath connected with your structure: facial symmetry and enhanced facial features. Because this is not plastic surgery, results will vary. Healing through Breath

4 week (8 hours self paced + 4 hours group coaching) program

How we will progress throughout the 4 weeks:

  • Orientation week and intakes(if available privately on zoom - see below - or on our private course platform) You will be assigned to complete "Create a shift, enter ceremony" before our first meeting (After my welcome video, you will identify your intent why you take this course, familiarize yourself with a group intent and watch my lecture "Your path to your well functioning body") Orientation week for private (30minute) intakes* with me, if you sign up early: week of May 30th

Oh yes and you will receive BLAfit instruction during each week. Woohoo! So... it is important that you sign up the sooner the better to make sure you receive your device before we begin. Live hour long meeting: check in with group, accountability session, relevant process work.
  • Week 1: Identify your patterns. You will learn more about the fascia and start to feel your fascia web. Group meeting: June 3rd Friday, 9:30-10:30am pst**
  • Week 2: You are becoming a breath master! Yep, we are not waisting time. This week you will practice to release the armoring of neck and shoulder tension, connect to your leg support, open your wings and practice how to receive blessings. Group meeting: June 10th, Friday 9:30-10:30am pst**
  • Week 3: Make a statement of your power. You will experience how powerful subtlety is and will notice your habitual patterns more often while training your core and let go of tension from shoulders hips and build support through your legs. Group meeting: June 17th, Friday 9:30-10:30am pst**
  • Week 4: Integration, mastery of upper and lower body. This is the week when all of the work will come together and will set you up with mastery over the foundational movement to help you create a functional life. My hope is that you will experience more energy, clarity, less pain, more joy and more breath access as you orient to connect to your pelvis. Group meeting: June 24th, Friday 9:30-10:30am pst**

*these private intake sessions are very important to ensure your course success because I tailor the course to the participants

As I moved my jaw and lips, adding the breath in, I had the sensation of a mirror image of the same mechanics in my pelvis (for the side to side BLA exercise - I visualized the pelvis expanding side to side.
